I'm an illustrator and product designer, originally from East Tennessee, now residing in rural south Georgia. I've been obsessed with simplicity from an early age, which translates to works that often have few colors and uncomplicated shapes. I suffer from Bipolar I disorder, so art is about feeling as much as aesthetics. When I'm not doodling you can find me watching movies with my husband and son, giggling with our toddler daughter, combing the beach, or searching old cemeteries for headstones I've never seen before.
I've got a way with words.
I often use hand lettering to get feelings off my chest, which typically results in blunt phrases on everything from greeting cards to keychains. It's a great opportunity for me to put my thoughts into the world in a way that people can both connect to and laugh about.
